Julie Hardy is an established songwriter, studio session singer and vocal coach based in Brooklyn, NY. She is on the core faculty at New School University where she teaches jazz singing & improvisation. Julie is signed to SONGS Publishing.
Julie Hardy made her television debut on Saturday Night Live where she performed live with Ellie Goulding and followed that up with a performance on David Letterman with St. Vincent. Julie is the featured vocalist in films "Cymbeline" (2014) and "Haunters" (2014) and the College Humor viral hit, "Look at this Instagram”
Julie is signed to the renowned entertainment company VAMNation. She sings in many styles ranging from pop to jazz to classical. Her voice has been featured on national advertisement campaigns for McDonalds, Diet Coke, Cotton, Hershey's Bliss, Sheba, Liberty Mutual, Barnes & Noble, and Fanta and theme songs for OMG Insider and FX Has the Movies.
Julie is the lead singer of Brooklyn based electro pop band Clementine and the Galaxy. The band plans to release a new EP in 2015 on Feel Up Records which was founded by Jillionaire of Major Lazer.
Julie received her Masters degree from New England Conservatory of Music in Jazz Performance in 2001 and a BA from the University of New Hampshire in 1999 in Composition. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA and AFM.
